Medical Industry
We work with international companies to provide pneumatic and electrical control panels for filtration processes in the medical industry. A combination of design and build has helped our customers to bring a new range of products to the market.
Bespoke Control
Many local engineering companies subcontract the control & automation element of their system to Versatile Controls. Some examples are: testing equipment used in the oil industry, resin injection, press control, automatic shot blasting and environmental cleaning.
Process Control - Oil & Gas
Versatile Controls produce bespoke local control cabinets to go into the Process and Oil & Gas industries. We are familiar with certification and ATEX approvals through our links with the oil & gas industry.
Pressure Testing
Several large local manufacturers needed equipment to hydraulically test their new range of products for leaks. Versatile Controls designed and built test booths to give their operators a simple and reliable method of leak detection. All systems were CE marked.
